* Organising the restaurant's mise en place
* Cleaning equipment and tables
* Greeting and receiving customers in the absence of the person in charge
* Handling the bill and the till (if required)
* Handling dishes at the buffet (if present)
* Answering customers' questions, taking orders, also over the phone
* Sharing information with the restaurant and kitchen
Requirements

* Interpersonal skills and aptitude for interpersonal relationships
* Knowledge of the English lenguage
* Previous experience in luxury hotels
