Overview Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is recruiting F&B Service Experts - Chef de Rang - Room Service notturno to join a team of hospitality professionals in the newest luxury lifestyle hotel in Milan. Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role covers tasks related to F&B service mainly in Room Service, with potential support across the four outlets. This is a full-time position, 5 nights a week with 2 days off. The starting date is estimated in September. Casa Brera is an unexpected gateway in the heart of Brera, featuring 116 guestrooms including 15 suites and the Milanese Suite. It offers cosmopolitan luxury, authentic lifestyle, and a timeless Milanese elegance. The hotel includes Odachi (authentic Japanese cuisine), Scena (Italian experience), and Living (apertitivo and Milanese bites). The rooftop sky bar opens at night with a pool and lounge areas. We offer opportunities to grow and develop across our brands and new openings. What you'll do Take guests\' food and beverage orders and record them in the internal system (Infrasys). Make recommendations on menu items, special requests and upsell where appropriate. Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, and check with them that the dining experience is meeting their expectations. Ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period. Order and restock outlet inventory. Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies. What you'll need Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry. A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude. At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English. A safety-first approach. Positive outlook and dependability.
