As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving regional business performance by planning and implementing distribution channels, managing coverage areas, and optimizing territory management to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
* Develop regional business plans to drive sales growth and achieve targets
* Lead and evaluate the performance of sales team members, analyzing sales metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement
* Provide clear direction, leadership, and support to the sales team to ensure achievement of site KPIs and targets
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the region/local market
* Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
* Proactively troubleshoot and improve sales processes and procedures
Requirements:
* Minimum 7 years of sales experience in selling GC1, GC2, and Food Packaging
* Relevant Bachelor's degree
* Strong sales acumen and ability to drive results in a competitive market
* Fluency in writing and speaking English
* Will to travel frequently
