JOB PURPOSE The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions which will drive profitable growth whilst increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation performance, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. The ability to communicate effectively to negotiate the company offering to the customer, achieve opportunities, and demonstrate the company’s full capabilities is a key requirement. What the roles involve: Develop global strategy and implement site tactics in conjunction with branch personnel in each region to drive revenue and increase gross profit margin. Deepen understanding of customer needs and challenges; formulate regional strategies; develop relationships with senior management through regular visits. Present Future’s value proposition, including Value-Added Solutions and Corporate Initiatives, to enhance service capabilities at all customer sites. Work with management to set, implement, and monitor sales and margin budgets globally, aiming to increase market share at each location. Drive key supplier initiatives to ensure commitments are met. Provide high-level customer service regarding quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities. Do you have: Proven sales track record in electronics distribution over the past five years; educated to degree level, ideally technical or business. Understanding of technical teams with a record of achieving design wins. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Highly organized, accurate, able to work under pressure, and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
