We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager for our BD Microbiology Industry team. You will play a critical role in shaping our product strategy for the pharma market, driving new collaborations, and ensuring successful execution. Main responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, aligning product development and go‑to‑market strategies with business goals. Collaborate with sales & global marketing for continuous improvement, new launches, and campaigns.
- Identify and explore new ideas, technologies, and opportunities to differentiate our products and meet emerging customer needs. Collaborate with cross‑functional portfolio teams to ensure portfolio expansion.
- Coordinate the entire product lifecycle from idea to launch, managing discontinuation and product conversion.
- Demand planning review – provide business forecast to the supply chain demand planner.
- Develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns to promote the BD brand.
- Translate customer requests into viable business cases and ready‑to‑implement solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Leverage market research and data to inform product decisions.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to product development, market changes, and external factors. Make informed decisions to minimize potential impact.
- Create marketing material (presentations, brochures, comparison studies, whitepapers).
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Biology, Pharmacy or related field.
- 3‑5 years in product management in the life‑science sector (Microbiology).
- Profound interest in microbiology, trends, and drivers for the quality pharma laboratory.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience using project management tools and methodologies.
Location and Compensation
Primary Work Location: ESP San Agustin del Guadalix.
Additional Locations: DEU Heidelberg – Tullastrasse, GBR Winnersh – Eskdale Road, ITA Milano – Via Enrico Cialdini.
Employment Type: Full‑time.

Salary Range: €57,500.00 – €103,500.00 EUR Annual.
