Your Role
* Delivering an exceptional, high-end welcome experience for clients and guests
* Managing client move-ins and move-outs with a high level of autonomy and discretion
* Handling incoming calls with professionalism, accuracy and warmth, including call routing and detailed call notes
* Processing incoming and outgoing client correspondence with care and confidentiality
* Performing general administrative and secretarial duties, as well as providing comprehensive executive support when required
* Coordinating and booking premium meeting spaces for clients and guests
* Preparing and following up on meeting rooms to ensure a flawless experience
* Ensuring continuous office readiness and maintaining the impeccable appearance of the center during daily operations
* Monitoring, maintaining and ordering inventory in line with luxury service standards
* Maintaining accurate data records and preparing reports in accordance with internal quality requirements
Your Profile
* Successfully completed vocational training in hospitality, event management or office administration
* Excellent Italian language skills (C1/C2) and strong English proficiency (B2 or higher); basic German skills are an advantage
* Confident user of IT systems, particularly Outlook, MS Office and Excel
* A service-minded personality with a refined sense of style, aesthetics and design
* Outstanding multitasking abilities and the composure to perform under pressure
* A polished, open-minded and welcoming presence, aligned with a business-casual luxury environment
