The successful candidate will play a key role throughout the product lifecycle, supporting both existing solutions and the development of new models for international markets.
Key Responsibilities
New Product DevelopmentLead development projects for new products, from concept definition through industrialization and start of production (SOP).
Define technical specifications and aesthetic requirements in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
Coordinate and manage suppliers involved in tooling, molds, matrices, and electronic components.
Oversee quality assurance activities and certification processes for new products.
Provide technical support to Marketing for product launches, presentations, and promotional materials.Technical Customer SupportProvide on-site technical assistance and training during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, guidelines, and multimedia content (e.g., repair or maintenance videos).
Collaborate with engineering teams, installers, and shipyards to solve complex integration and application issues.
Act as a technical point of reference for complex claims, critical interventions, and urgent field issues.Competenze ed esperienzaPrevious experience and passion for Yacht/MegaYacht Industry
Proven experience in technical support and new product development roles.
Solid technical background in mechanical and/or electrical systems.
Experience in supplier management, negotiation, and cost analysis.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
