A day in the life
You'll work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites. Your main focus will be to maintain safety standards within your team and across the site. You'll also monitor and maintain process efficiency. Your days will include prioritising routine team management and daily operational tasks, alongside other tasks such as individual escalations, process improvement work and wide‐scale operational contingency planning.
As a key part of the operations team you work with colleagues in other teams and external partners to meet customer demands and targets. This involves analysing data and performance metrics with leaders in your business area and discussing the operational pros and cons of technical improvements with engineers.

The CF team is the first people in the chain that help customers get products at the speed we're known for. We're based in Fulfilment Centres, the heart of Amazon's fast‐paced operations network, sometimes referred to as the 'First Mile' because it's where most Amazon packages start their journey. We manage dynamic inventory and facilitate speedy deliveries around the clock.
Lots of people work in our Fulfilment Centres, creating opportunities for every skillset. Some of us work with physical products while others analyse data to help everyone across the business make smart decisions.
The base pay for this position is PLN 8,883 monthly. Additional compensation may include a sign‐on bonus and participation in a restricted stock‐unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in the USA. Basic Qualifications
- Completed university degree before the start date or graduated within the last 24 months
- Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language
- Relevant experience in performing data analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or another related field
- Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership
- Experience in a logistical working environment
- Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
