Descrizione: Vodafone Internship Program is a development path dedicated to both Bachelor and Master’s students, which allows you to spend 6 months of as an active member in one of our teams. After this experience, you will be able to relay complex information in a simple, clear and concise way to senior management. You will gain independence in performing the tasks assigned, setting priorities and achieving your goals. It includes also the opportunity to work on a project that could be the topic of your final dissertation. The Internship Program may be just the first step of you career in Vodafone. In fact, it will allow you to be part of the selection process for our Discover Program Role Purpose: Analyst responsible for Consumer Sales budgeting/analysis activities Key accountabilities and decision ownership: - Support to the budget/forecast planning process of consumer costs of acquisition and retention retail - Analysis of channel sales efficiency - Development of quarterly sales force target setting models based on historical performance and product potential - Support to the definition of the monthly targets of the consumer sales force for all Consumer products (Mobile, Fixed and Upselling) - Analysis of the sales performances of the distribution channels and support to increase efficiency and ensure sustainability Core competencies, knowledge and experience: - Proactive - Strong analytical capability with problem solving skills Key Skills And Experience - Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Management Engineering; - English fluent both spoken and written
