Job Overview:

• Support the development and execution of brand strategy and marketing plans
• Create impactful, compliant promotional materials in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Analyse market dynamics, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform positioning
• Support product launch planning and implementation
• Develop engaging educational and promotional content for healthcare professionals

To be successful:

• 3–5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand support, or commercial roles
• Strong understanding of healthcare markets and customer needs
• Ability to translate scientific data into clear, compelling marketing messages
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Exposure to ophthalmology or specialty care markets is advantageous
• Fluent in English and Italian
