Ph3Project Manager – Data Center /h3 h3Location : Milan or Rome, Italy /h3 pWe are looking for a Project Manager to lead the development, construction, and commissioning of electrical and utilities infrastructure for a new data centre in Italy. This role will also support business development and strategic initiatives related to project development. /p h3Key Responsibilities : /h3 ul liLead energy utilities projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals. /li liCoordinate with engineers, contractors, stakeholders, and utility providers for HV / MV infrastructure. /li liSupervise the design and construction of substations and power lines, ensuring timely delivery within budget. /li liManage resources, budgets, schedules, and quality control processes. /li liTrack project progress, conduct regular meetings, and elevate issues as necessary. /li liNegotiate contracts and bids with contractors, developers, and consultants. /li liSupport site due diligence activities and resolve factors impacting project handover. /li liReview deliverables, raise queries, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. /li liPrepare progress reports to support decision‑making and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. /li /ul h3Key Requirements : /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, Energy Engineering, or a related field. /li liAdvanced knowledge of HV / MV electrical systems and Italian electricity regulations; experience in other European markets is a plus. /li li3+ years’ experience working with DSOs, TSO, suppliers, or utilities. /li liProven experience in planning, design, permitting, and construction of HV / MV substations and underground power lines. /li liFamiliarity with power line concessions, interconnection agreements, and utility operating models in Italy. /li liExperience with data centre clients is an advantage. /li liStrong analytical, problem‑solving, negotiation, and communication skills. /li liProactive, autonomous, flexible, and commercially astute. /li liFluent in Italian and English. /li /ul pIf you’re interested to lead complex, high‑impact projects in Italy’s energy and data centre sector, contributing to the country’s infrastructure growth and innovation, apply today! /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
