Ph3Overview /h3pWe are seeking a Senior Sales Business Development Manager to lead global commercial growth and drive direct results. This role is pivotal in generating, converting, and nurturing high-value opportunities with high-net-worth collectors, dealers, and strategic partners worldwide. /ppbLocation: /b This role is based in Roquebrune-sur-Argens (France) and requires a relocation to France. /ph3About Bertone /h3pBertone is a historic and visionary automotive brand, known for its Italian design heritage and groundbreaking concepts that have shaped the automotive industry for over 110 years. /ppToday, Bertone is expanding, combining tradition and cutting-edge creativity to deliver exceptional limited-edition hypercars and collector vehicles, as well as unique brand experiences. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Sales Business Development /h3ulliIdentify, develop, and close sales opportunities with HNW and UHNW clients, collectors, and importer / dealer partners. /liliSupport the COO and CEO in strategic sales initiatives, ensuring reservation and sales targets are consistently achieved. /liliManage importer and dealer relationships, prioritizing long-term partnerships and purchase commitments. /liliRepresent Bertone at international automotive and luxury events, actively building and strengthening client relationships. /li /ulh3Performance Analytics /h3ulliSet and monitor sales KPIs, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance. /liliAnalyze sales activities and channels to ensure ROI and continuous improvement. /liliIntroduce structured reporting for the sales pipeline, ensuring full visibility for leadership. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulli7–10 years of experience in sales and business development, ideally within the automotive, luxury goods, or lifestyle industries. /liliProven track record in closing sales with HNW clients and generating measurable commercial growth. /liliStrong analytical skills with expertise in sales performance metrics. /liliExcellent communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English and French required, Italian is a strong plus. /liliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field. /liliHands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally in a boutique luxury environment. /li /ulh3Why join us? /h3ulliBe part of a legendary Italian brand’s rebirth, shaping the next chapter of automotive history. /liliOwn both marketing and sales efforts, directly impacting revenue and global brand presence. /liliWork in a boutique, high-impact environment, where exclusivity, craftsmanship, and creativity drive everything we do. /liliBuild direct relationships with top-tier collectors, dealers, and international partners. /liliContribute to creating some of the most iconic and desirable vehicles of this generation. /li /ulpPlease submit your CV via LinkedIn. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
