We seek a a talented and creative Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for ingredients and the ambition to work in an international fine-dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Section Management: Full responsibility for the assigned section, ensuring the highest quality for every dish served.
* Quality Standards: Strict adherence to Hilton brand standards and HACCP procedures.
* Coordination: Collaborating with the Executive Chef on munu creation and supervising Commis de Cuisine.
Work Experience
Requirements:
* Experience: Proven previous experience in 5-star hotel kitchens
* Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and raw material management.
* Attitude: Ability to work under pressure, precision, and a strong team-player mindset.
