PpCommercial Operations Coordinator (m / v / x) – Saronno or Kortrijk /p pAs Commercial Operations Coordinator you are a part of the EMEA customer operations team which manages the order to cash activities, in close collaboration with other Barco teams. You are the point of contact for specific customers and markets with regards to order fulfilment. You receive customer orders and ensure a smooth registering, processing, planning, shipment and invoicing, while keeping the customer and sales manager adequately informed. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 pYou represent the customer in the Barco internal organization and translate their requirements into concrete deliverables (e.g. timing, material needs, shipping requirements...). /p h3You are responsible for /h3 ul lithe order acquisition and fulfilment process, and related administration /li lifollow‑up on shipment delivery of goods /li licorrect and timely invoicing. /li licommunicating, organizing and proper follow up of contractual required documentslike COO, L / C’s, Bank guarantees,… /li /ul pIn your role, you will be the main liaison between our external sales team the different internal departments who are supporting order fulfilment from their areas of expertise. /p h3Additional Responsibilities /h3 ul liTogether with the credit control department, you follow‑up on account receivables and you initiate the necessary actions to solve payment issues. /li liYou inform colleagues in case additional services are sold. /li /ul pYou are in close contact with following departments in order to fulfil or solve customer requests : Service (when additional services are ordered) /p pWarehousing /p pTraffic /p pSales Planning /p pProject team (in case of large installations) /p pProduct management /p h3Your profile /h3 ul liYou have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience. /li liYou ideally have experience in a sales or customer service role, interacting with many internal departments in an international organization. /li liYou work independently and have the necessary maturity, skills and commercial feeling to communicate with costumers and other (internal) stakeholders. /li liYou are pc literate and ideally have worked with an ERP system before (such as SAP). /li liYou are bilingual (Italian and English).
