Description: Manages projects from handoff from Sales through completion. Communicates directly with contractors, designers, subcontractors, TRAG department managers, and clients concerning material selections, sample approvals, monitors project costs, staffing, and scheduling. Prepares project status reports for the leadership team and works to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Leads and directs the work of others. Responsible for accurate field dimensions and relaying information between all parties. Ensures department heads are accountable for schedules. Selects vendors for buy-out. Reviews constructability of components and consults with department heads for solutions. Regularly updates and reviews the project schedule. Reviews financial reports and tracking metrics. Initiates material and finish sample requests and approvals.

Essential Functions:

Duties and Requirements:
* Proactively manages assigned projects to ensure completion accurately, on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
* Maintains weekly project schedules after production meetings and before the next week.
* Collaborates with Engineering on shop drawing reviews, Step 2 meetings, and final drawing releases.
* Maintains client relationships, performs design reviews, and tracks changes.
* Prepares and tracks submittals in Sage 300 for approvals.
* Monitors Sage 300 Drawing Log for updates.
* Submits detailed Sample Request Forms with scope descriptions to VP of Finishing Operations and returns signed approvals.
* Works with Estimating to create and submit Sage 300 Change Requests for review and approval.
* Coordinates with Procurement/Inventory and Accounting to ensure project expenses are properly tracked.
* Works with Project Executive and Accounting to prepare and submit invoices.
* Prepares punch lists and collaborates with departments for completion.
* Coordinates with VP of Field Operations for delivery and installation scheduling.
* Provides project updates in weekly production meetings.
* Ensures site safety, OSHA compliance, insurance, certificates, code compliance, permits, and inspections.
* Collaborates with Sales, Estimating, and Procurement on quotes and release meetings.
* Builds relationships with subcontractors, reviews quotes, and approves with Project Executive and Procurement.
* Ensures craftsmanship standards are met.
* Coordinates material acquisition and delivery schedules.
* Identifies and eliminates non-value-added activities, implementing corrective actions via EOS and continuous improvement.
* Contributes to problem-solving efforts to improve quality and reduce costs.
* Educates personnel on best practices and modern technologies.
* Performs additional duties as assigned.
Responsibilities and Work Hours:

Qualifications & Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
* 4-year degree in a related field.
* 10+ years’ experience in residential custom woodworking industry.
* Ability to read and interpret drawings, assist with field measurements, and identify interference.
* Strong computer skills including AutoCAD, Windows applications, Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and Sage 300.
* Strong mathematical skills.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to resolve disputes effectively.
Other Qualifications:
Possession of a valid Florida driver’s license with a clean record, as per company insurance standards.
