NOW HIRING:
* BANQUET COOKS
We're looking for Team Members to join our restaurant team
You will:
* Do fruit & food prep to feed anywhere from 10 to 300 people (plated/buffet)
* Prepare the main mothers sauces
* Handle meat preparation
* Help create specials and has experience with flavor profiles and combinations.
* Willing to work longer hours on certain days when we are busy during season.
* Some carving / action station may be involved
* Plating of the meals (we do some buffet dinners but a significant amount of plated dining)
We're looking for you to have:
* 1 - 2+ years of cooking experience required.
* 3 - 5 years of experience in a fast paced work experience.
* ServSafe certified preferred
Salary will be commensurate with experience.

* Previous experience in a high-volume, full service restaurant kitchen is nice, but not required
