Your role:
As a Pre-sales Technical promoter, you will be part of the Sales Acceleration team, contributing to the Technical Promotion of Digital Industry products & solutions in North Center area (Tuscany, Emilia Romagna, Marche).
You’ll make an impact by:
- Promoting industrial products and innovative technologies to cooperate in customers’ automation architectures design and development
- Presenting features of products and solutions in the pre-sales phase
- Supporting technically OEMs, System Integrators and Distributors
- Cooperating with the sales, marketing and business development teams in the technical promotion of automation solutions, providing a wide view of current offers and opportunities
- Carrying out trainings, presentations and technical workshops to spread the know-how with the customers
- Influencing the main stakeholders and the customer’s “Decision makers”
- Providing some insights on the customer’s point of view in innovation processes
- Gaining deep knowledge of the industrial market and the competitors’ offer
- Translating data, AI, and cybersecurity technologies into industrial solutions, effectively bringing them to market and supporting their adoption by customers.
What makes you a great match:
Core Requirements
- Degree in computer science, electronics, automation or equivalent or technical high school diploma in the same disciplines
- At least 5 years’ of experience in technical promotion for automation systems
- Willingness to lead presentations or workshops to customers and colleagues
- Knowledge about Computer Technology
- Knowledge about Automation Technology (controllers, inverters, …)
- Available to frequent business trips on national level, and sometimes also international
- Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken
- Passion and readiness to new topics related to technological innovation related to Automation Systems Capability to simplify and represent technical concepts to transmit them to customers and sales
- Excellent communication skills, strong result-orientation and customer orientation.
Preferred Requirements
- Knowledge of Siemens portfolio is a plus

The pay range for this position is €54000–€68000 annually. The actual offer will be determined within this range, based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
