Everyone gets to push their potential to the full.Discover Extraordinary* Every Day.The Role Designed For YouReporting to the Inside Sales Manager, you will be part of our Inside Sales Team, based in Milan. You will play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives, focusing both on increasing our existing accounts as well as acquiring new business.You will make outbound calls to identify new opportunities and reach sales targets, understanding clients’ needs and offering the most suitable solutions.You will grow business with the existing accounts assigned to you (both small and medium players).On the phone, you will build long term relationships with new and existing customers based on trust, becoming also their point of reference for any queries they might have regarding products.You will actively Search and qualify new leads (e.G. call dormant accounts, obtain leads from vendors, references, agents, web searches).You will communicate to clients the launch of new products and you will also illustrate product characteristics and highlight its competitive advantage.You will Prepare products offers/quotes and finalize sales.You will actively Up-selling / cross-selling.You will enter and manage orders up to dispatch (SAP).You will engage with Agents in case a client requests an in-person visit and when you encounter a large opportunity for them to pursue.You will keep the CRM up to date with client information and phone calls made, tracking performance and sales metrics.The Attitudes And Skills We’re Looking ForYou have a Bachelor/Master Degree in Economics, Marketing or related fields.You have previous experience in Inside sales roles (tele-selling) in multinational environment (B2B is a plus).You have a commercial attitude and a strong customer orientation.You have strong communication skills and you can easily connect and interact with prospect customers.With your well-developed customer sensitivity, pleasant communication and social skills you can build long term professional relationships with your customers. You are goal oriented, curious and eager to learn, and you have a hands-on approach.You have experience in using SAP and in reporting sales performance in a CRM, Power BI or similar software.You are fluent in Italian and English.What You Can Expect From Our Selection ProcessInterviews with the HRBP Sales & Marketing and Internal Sales Manager.Based in: Italy, Milan (Piazzale Lodi)Ready to start your new exciting journey with us?
