For the upcoming opening of our new K-Way store in Padova, we’re looking for a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, ensure excellent customer experience, deliver the brand’s vision, and achieve sales targets. Promote and deliver excellent in-store customer experiences; Ensure the team understands and caters to customer needs, providing high-quality service; Be active and present on the shop floor, acting as a role model and engaging with customers and team members; Monitor and analyze sales analytics, budgets, and forecasts to optimize performance; Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team and individual members, and follow up regularly on achievement; Provide the hierarchy with regular insights regarding store performance. Store Management: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and cash handling, in compliance with company policies; Communicate effectively within the company about store needs and opportunities for business growth; Lead, inspire, and support the store team, fostering motivation and teamwork; Foster a culture of constructive feedback within the team; Require at least 5 years of relevant experience as a Store Manager in a ready-to-wear retail brand at a premium or luxury level; Experience in all aspects of store management and delivering exceptional customer service experiences; Previous experience in managing the opening of new stores is appreciated; Strong communication skills, effective in interacting with the team, colleagues, and senior management; Fluent in both Italian and English.
