We are looking for an Italian speaking (native level) representative who could help in developing and assisting the Italian market. Duronic is a global brand based in Romford, UK as well as Ratingen, Germany. We began in 2005 producing consumer and home products and have since expanded in to Health, Home, Kitchen and business products. We sell online, to resellers and to wholesalers in throughout Europe. Tasks will include: - Customer service for both B2C and B2B - Translating / proofreading / producing documents into Italian - Helping with the business side, including promotions, prices, ETC - Growing the Italian market by doing research analysis, SEO, Tiktok partnerships, social media engagement, ETC The role is part time, 4 hours a day. The role is dynamic as you will be part of a multi-lingual team, we will make sure you perform to the best of your abilities but it takes a bit of a can-do attitude to really perform well. Since we all come from different places, English is the lingua franca used for all communication. The main quality we are looking for is a genuine interest in directly increasing sales by improving the content and mechanics of the product listings as well as helping with all the aspects of making the Italian platform successful. This is a remote work as we do not have an office in Italy. However, we already have an experienced employee working in Scicli, which is why we are looking for someone local that could be trained and linked up with her.
