If so, we encourage you to join us as PSQ Engineer in Lugagnano Val d’Arda, Italy.Reporting to the PSQ Project Pursuit Manager, as Product Selection Quoting (PSQ) Engineer, you will support sales by preparing and submitting quotations to customers/distributors in a timely and accurate manner. You will also ensure technical alignment with customer specifications by working directly with customers and collaborating with sales, following SBU rules for pricing and manufacturing lead times.Your Responsibilities Will Include:Recording incoming enquiry requestsAnalyzing and registering technical information (Specifications and Datasheets) provided by customers and proposing suitable systemsParticipating in pre-bid technical clarification meetings with customersPreparing technical bids with clarifications deviationsCollaborating with other functions for torque calculationsSending and managing RFQs to actuator manufacturersParticipating in technical clarification meetings with customers to achieve final technical alignmentReviewing commercial terms and conditions impacting financial risk (e.g., warranties, penalties)Conducting trade compliance reviewsProviding technical support and clarifications to the local Sales OfficeSupporting sales with missing price listsManaging product quotations in line with company policiesProcessing order receipt and release to manufacturingParticipating in post-order technical meetings to ensure conditions are met and evaluate financial impacts of requirement changesServing as the reference point for TQ’s during post-order contract reviewsTranslating customer specifications into information for BOM and paperwork creationWho You Are:You take responsibility for your decisions, actions, and failures.
