Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech? Vishay Italy is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager MOSFETs
Job Location:
The position is located in Milan
We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to drive market execution and growth across South Europe, (Primarily Italy and France, including Spain and Portugal) acting as a strategic link between customers, Sales, FAE, and Divisions, with a strong focus on discrete MOSFETs.
What you'll do
Own regional market & customer intelligence (applications, trends, competitors)
Translate divisional product strategy into focused regional Go-To-Market actions
Act as a strategic technical-commercial interface for key customers
Identify and structure new business and demand creation opportunities
Be the Voice of the Customer, influencing product roadmaps
Ensure strong cross-functional alignment across Sales, FAE, and Divisions
Support opportunity prioritization, pricing strategy, and disciplined execution
What you bring
Background in Electronics / Physics or similar
Previous Experience in the semiconductor industry (ideally discrete MOSFETs) - ideally 5 years
Exposure to automotive and industrial customers and distribution
Structured, proactive, customer-oriented mindset
Strong communication skills and hands-on mentality
Willingness to travel mainly within South Europe (approx ***** %)
Fluent English and Italian
Good knowledge of Salesforce, MS Office, Business Objects
