The Hospital Manager works in close partnership with the Medical Director and Leadership Team to deliver excellent patient care and a positive workplace culture, aligned with the values and strategic goals of the organization. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Strategic and Operational Leadership /h3 ul liLead the hospital’s daily operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality of care. /li liTranslate corporate and regional strategies into local action plans and measurable outcomes. /li liMonitor and improve key performance indicators (KPI) in service quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance. /li liEnsure compliance with internal policies, local legislation, and healthcare regulations. /li /ul h3Financial and Business Management /h3 ul liOwn and manage the hospital’s full PL responsibility. /li liPrepare, monitor, and control annual budgets and forecasts.Li /liliOptimize resource allocation, cost efficiency, and profitability. /li liIdentify growth opportunities and lead business development initiatives (new services, partnerships, technology upgrades). /li /ul h3People and Culture /h3 ul liLead and develop a multidisciplinary team including clinical, technical, and administrative staff. /li liBuild a culture of collaboration, engagement, and accountability. /li liSupport recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance reviews. /li liFoster open communication, wellbeing, and psychological safety within the team. /li /ul h3Medical Partnership /h3 ul liCollaborate closely with the Medical Director to ensure alignment between clinical excellence and operational sustainability. /li liFacilitate cross-functional teamwork and clinical support functions (nursing, diagnostics, surgery, emergency). /li liEnsure proper medical governance, quality audits, and patient safety standards. /li /ul h3Client Experience and Reputation /h3 ul liPromote a high-quality and compassionate client experience across all touchpoints. /li liManage complex cases, feedback, and complaints in a constructive, empathetic way. /li liRepresent the hospital externally with partners, institutions, universities, and community stakeholders. /li /ul h3Compliance, Safety, and Sustainability /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. /li liOversee audits, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness. /li liSupport the organization’s sustainability goals and ethical standards. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare/Veterinary Management, or related field. /li li5+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare, veterinary, or service organization of comparable complexity. /li liProven track record in managing budgets, leading teams, and driving performance. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liExcellent communication, empathy, and conflict management abilities. /li liFluent in Italian and English. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
