Responsibilities:
* Engage with prospective clients regularly to understand their needs, both technical and financial.
* Gather and share market intelligence to inform sales strategies.
* Maintain accurate account forecasts and ensure CRM and databases are up to date.
* Collaborate with the strategic account team to position LONGi's products and brand in the residential sector.
* Plan and participate in client events, including on-site visits, to strengthen relationships.
* Highlight product features to meet customer needs and foster partnerships.
* Propose innovative solutions tailored to client requirements.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or higher.
* Experience in managing contractual negotiations within the PV sector.
* Proven skills in value-based selling and account development.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.
* Strong communication skills in Italian and English.
