Sales Director Europe Position
* A sales professional with a proven track record of success in negotiating and managing key customer relationships.
About the Role
* Act as a Key Account Manager for assigned international clients, delivering offers/quotes to existing and prospective customers.
* Report to the Sales Director Europe, responsible for defining sales strategies and collecting necessary information for sale contracts.
* Collaborate closely with the company's management to negotiate best terms of sale and manage customer risks.
Main Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy Development: Define sales strategies for company products to customers, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
2. Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate with customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements, communicating effectively with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
3. Risk Management: Identify, anticipate, and manage customer risks, financial risks, delivery disruptions, and changes in customer structure.
4. Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding expectations.
5. Interface and Coordination: Serve as an interface between customers and management, sales, R&D, QHSE, and finance, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Your Profile
* Detailed knowledge of company technical possibilities and products' advantages.
* Good knowledge of the plastics industry and plastics processing.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills, able to adjust to changing market conditions.
* Excellent time management and priority setting skills, with a self-propelled attitude.
* Ability to effectively use MS Office and ERP system, fluent in both Italian and English.
