Primary Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of clients (GDO, wholesalers)
Conduct regular customer visits to maintain strong relationships and identify business opportunities
Negotiate volumes, pricing, and promotional activities in line with company strategy
Ensure proper execution of commercial agreements
Monitor market trends and pricing dynamics within the fresh fruit category
Collect and report insights on consumer behavior
Provide feedback to internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to support decision-making
Contribute to weekly and monthly sales planning
Track sales performance against targets and take corrective actions when needed
Support the implementation of promotions and in-store activities
Reporting & Administration
Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, including performance analysis and forecasts
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, agreements, and sales data
Ensure compliance with internal processes and commercial policies
Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma
Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular)
Minimum 5 years of experience xjrgpwk in fruits and vegetables, preferably in structured companies
