E-commerce Manager MET is a performance helmet brand, combining safety, innovation, and world-class design. We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to lead and grow our Direct-to-Consumer sales channel. Your primary goal will be to drive traffic, increase conversion rates and boost sales, while consistently enhancing the Customer Experience. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Customer Service teams, as well as coordinate with our web agency. Implement and execute the D2C sales strategy Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform Manage and update the product catalog - product pages, content, images, descriptions, SEO Plan and execute digital marketing and email marketing campaigns Optimize sales performance, conversion rates, and the overall Customer Experience Monitor sales performance, conversion rates and the overall Customer Experience Collaborate with Operations to plan and monitor inventory Coordinate with Marketing and Sales to ensure an integrated commercial strategy 3+ years of experience in e-commerce roles – preferably in cycling, sports or lifestyle industries ~ Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, others); experience in replatforming projects is a plus ~ Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and email marketing automation ~ A results-oriented approach with strong analytical skills ~ Excellent command of English ~ We do not consider remote applicants for this role.
