<p><b> Purpose </b></p><p> To strengthen the growth of the Engineering Business Unit of Stevanato Group, we are looking for a highly motivated <b> Sales Manager </b> to join our team. The new joiner will be responsible for achieving assigned targets, managing the sales process, interacting with internal cross-functional teams, and handling selected customers in line with our commercial and distribution policies and guidelines. </p><p></p><p><b> Key Responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li> Support leadership in deploying the go-to-market strategy, providing commercial insights for assigned clients to drive business growth and process harmonization </li><li> Responsible for the performance of assigned portfolio, with also strong focus on developing new customers in the assigned territory </li><li> Independently manage sector penetration activities as agreed with leadership, and collaborate with other sales team members for complex negotiations </li><li> Build and maintain effective, long-term partnerships with existing accounts, establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to strengthen our competitive advantage </li><li> Analyze and identify market trends and emerging opportunities to leverage Stevanato Group’s value-added solutions </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Qualifications: </b></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Business or Marketing </li><li> Minimus 3 years’ experience in sales role, ideally in the <b> pharma or machinery </b> and equipment market. </li><li> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li> Strong analytical and reporting skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel </li><li> Strong sense of accountability as well commitment </li><li> Self-motivated and energetic with a results-focused approach to achieving daily goals/activities </li><li> Full proficiency in Italian and <b> English </b> , a third language is a plus </li></ul><p></p>
