Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across a portfolio of luxury train journeys designed for the world's most discerning travellers.
Based in Rome, this role will focus on developing international sales opportunities across MICE, private charters, incentive groups, celebrations, and high-end leisure travel, while positioning luxury rail as a distinctive and highly desirable experiential offering worldwide.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality, luxury travel, MICE, private events or experiential travel, with proven experience in building relationships with international partners and converting complex, high-value opportunities into confirmed business.
