TBusiness Developer (Italy)TITotal Compensation: €35,000 to €40,000 per yearAs part of our international expansion, the DELABIE Group is seeking a Business Developer to help launch our new Italian subsidiary, starting in September 2025.Role and ResponsibilitiesThe role will be carried out in two phases:France (Friville-Escarbotin)- A one-year integration period within our Marketing Department at the company’s headquarters in Picardy. During this time, you’ll develop your technical knowledge and contribute to the creation of marketing materials in Italian. - Guided by the Area Manager, business visits to Italy will be scheduled to establish initial market contact.Italy (Milan Region)After the integration period, the employee will take on the permanent role of Business Developer, based in the Milan area: - Identify and develop a network of specifiers. - Sell technical solutions to key decision-makers in public and commercial building projects (ERP), including architects, engineering firms, healthcare institutions, maintenance services, and installers. - Manage major construction projects, following them through all stages from design to completion.Team InteractionYou’ll receive comprehensive training from the start and throughout your career, helping you develop strong expertise in your field.You’ll be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working closely with the Area Manager for Italy and the Marketing Department.Profile- Degree in international business, with a flair for marketing, technical awareness, and a taste for challenges. - Proficiency in spoken and written Italian (native level), as well as English and/or French. - Strong client orientation, autonomy, active listening, curiosity, and ambition to build a solid foundation. - This role will allow you to grow your talents and rise to greater responsibility. - Excellent negotiation, organizational, and adaptability skills are also essential.About the CompanyWe are an international, family-owned group with 450 employees, exporting to over 90 countries through 10 global subsidiaries.
