The role acts as a strategic bridge between the Sales organization and internal functions such as Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Service. Responsibilities include product definition, market analysis, business case development, and technical-commercial support.Responsibilities
Manage and develop the Lobe Blowers product range throughout the entire product lifecycle, ensuring growth in key markets.Define and execute effective product strategies based on competitor analysis, application requirements, and market insights.Develop business cases, product definitions, and new product proposals in collaboration with Marketing & Sales.Align Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Service to ensure a unified response to market needs.Provide technical-commercial support, pricing structures, sales tools, and marketing materials for distributors and sales companies.Monitor costs, profitability, sales volume, and market share, identifying actions to improve overall performance.Manage Aftermarket (AMT) activities including pricing, parts strategy, service plans, and upgrades.Develop and maintain product and application training programs for internal teams and sales channels.
Basic Qualifications
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Marketing (or equivalent technical background).Experience in Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, or Sales in Blowers, Centrifugal Pumps, Vacuum, or Compressors.High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Project.Fluent English; Italian language skills are a plus.
