Description The Opportunity Join our dynamic team at Hitachi Energy as a Product Marketing & Sales Specialist - Generator Circuit Breakers (GCB). How You Will Make an Impact - Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain effective relationships to understand customer needs and promote our GCB offerings, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process - Technical Support: Assist customers and the local sales organization in finding the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions, preparing demanding offers, and providing product/solution-related training - Sales Strategy: Define transfer prices, sell the entire GCB portfolio, and focus on volume, mix, and profitability targets. Participate in sales strategy discussions, agree on short and long-term goals, and contribute to the development of sales plans and strategies - Marketing Activities: Ensure efficient marketing activities and value propositions to customers, supporting the local sales organization with relevant product and market knowledge Your Background - Master’s degree in electrical engineering - Previous experience in power generation plants is advantageous - At least 5 years of experience in marketing and sales roles, with B2B market experience being a plus - Business fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Fluency in Chinese is an advantage. High customer orientation and strong team-working skills are essential - Willingness to travel (40%) and work in a global team
