PAs a Partner Manager you will be managing a portfolio of Odoo Partners, as well as being involved in business development with end customers. You have the unique opportunity to make an impact on both end customers and Odoo partners. /ppWho are Odoo partners? /ppMostly Italian IT companies and system/ERP integrators that offer Odoo among their solutions portfolio. /ppAs the partner’s main point of contact, you'll coach them on best practices regarding their business strategy, implementation methodology and know-how of the product, so they can grow their Odoo business. /ppOn top of that, you’ll be in contact with a large diversity of customers in many regions. You’ll get to be a matchmaker since you will be qualifying and providing demos to end clients, so you may pair them up with your best suited partner. /ppResponsabilities: /pulliEnable Odoo Partners to successfully implement the Odoo software to end clients /liliAct as a business coach: create and implement cross-functional processes for partners and customers to increase their operational efficiency /liliEstablish strong and long-term relationships with your partner portfolio in Italy /liliQualify leads, conduct tailored product demos, and connect potential clients to the right partner /liliNegotiate licenses and pricing with both partners and customers and promote the right value proposition /li /ulpWhat's great about this job? /pulliWork across diverse industries, company sizes, and regions in Italy /liliSupport and challenge your partners to grow their Odoo business /liliTake ownership of your success: you’ll be building your partner network from scratch /liliBecome an Odoo expert: acquire technical and functional knowledge /li /ulpTo know more about the job position, hear out Fiorella's experience as a Partner Manager in Odoo /ppRequirements: /pulli1 to 5 years of experience as a salesperson (preferably with B2B clients) /liliFluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1) /liliPassionate about sales: you like to convince, negotiate and hit targets! /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and long-term relationships with clients /liliStrong negotiation skills to close deals successfully while maintaining a positive customer experience /liliProactive and collaborative attitude: you take initiative to help partners, customers, and your team /li /ulpNice to have: /ppAt Odoo, we prioritize your skills over your résumé.
