Job Title: Business Development Manager

At the core of our organization's success lies the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging business opportunities. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth through proactive pursuit of new ventures.

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to join our ranks. In this role, you will spearhead our sales efforts, focusing on developing new customers and strengthening relationships with existing ones. Your expertise in negotiation and communication skills will be instrumental in securing contracts and managing client expectations.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

* Capturing new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
* Developing strategic partnerships with key clients to enhance market share.
* Negotiating pricing and contract terms while ensuring timely payments and collections.
* Maintaining 100% customer satisfaction across all touchpoints, from pre-sales support to after-sale service.
* Driving revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow by meeting established KPIs.
* Supporting marketing activities and promoting our brand image.
* Maintaining a thorough understanding of competitors' strategies and adapting accordingly.

To succeed in this position, you must possess:

* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, electrical, power, or related fields.
* Excellent knowledge of the distribution PV market and its intricacies.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales within the PV or renewable energy industry.
* Proven track record of successful sales target execution in previous roles.
* A strong technical background in PV is a significant plus.
* Positive attitude, self-motivation, diligence, and teamwork skills.
* Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to influence diverse customer levels.
* Ability to travel regularly, both domestically and internationally, as required.

Additionally, we require:

* Proficiency in both written and spoken English and local languages.
