Junior Product Manager (TMTI): Key Responsibilities: - Marketing Support: - Assist the team in planning and executing marketing plans for assigned products. - Collect and analyze market data to inform marketing strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop local marketing objectives. - Product Development: - Evaluate opportunities for new product development and market expansion. - Sales Support: - Provide operational support to the sales force, including product presentations and customer training. - Training Materials: - Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product training materials. - Compliance: - Operate in accordance with company policies and procedures. Requirements: - Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field. - Experience: - Previous work experience or internships in marketing or product management are advantageous. - Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities. - Adaptability in a fast-paced environment. - Basic knowledge of computer tools (MS Office, data analysis software). - Proficiency in English and Italian.
