Experteer Overview As a field-based Key Account Manager, you will drive commercial objectives for Alnylam's ATTR program in Campania Nord and Molise. You'll develop territory plans, build trusted relationships with centers of excellence, and coordinate with Medical Affairs and commercial teams to optimize patient access and diagnosis. Your work will focus on accelerating patient identification and referrals while ensuring ethical, compliant execution. This role offers impact at the intersection of science and patient care, with a clear path to shape local market access and launch outcomes. You will engage cross-functionally to translate product strategy into measurable regional results.

Drive patient identification, diagnosis and referral rates
Build and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure access and appropriate product delivery
Collaborate with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain and Compliance to ensure timely product delivery
Represent Alnylam at local and national events and congresses
Coordinate local meetings to drive diagnosis and treatment rates with Medical Affairs support
Maintain CRM data accuracy and regular local alignment with field teams
Ensure activities meet ethical, regulatory, and country code requirements
Responsabilità 5+ years of Sales and Key Account Management xjrgpwk experience in bio/pharmaceuticals
Ability to develop strong professional relationships with healthcare providers in reference centers
Excellent communication and influencing skills across organizational levels
Strong business acumen to add value to healthcare structures
Ability to travel within territory ~80%
Fluency in Italian and English (written and verbal) preferred
University degree in a relevant scientific field (regulated)
