Technical Sales Manager
for our Plastic and Rubber Compuond Business unit related to Wire and Cable industry. The candidate will be in charge of the budget targets in the reference area, client portfolio management and the development of new business opportunities.
Duties & Responsibilities : Managing and supporting existing customers on site and from remote. ( travelling 30% of the time) Identifying new potential accounts and target industries (sourcing website, cold calling, identifying potential users) Preparing proposal and negotiating price level Visiting customers and participating at trade fairs Reporting and managing data into the company CRM Experience & Requirements: BA/BS Degree is preferred An excellent knowledge of English language (at least at C1 level, both written and oral); knowledge of a foreign language in addition to English will be a plus. At least 3 years of experience in technical sales related to plastic and rubber sector. Any experience in Wire and Cable industry will be a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. (both written and oral) Positive, resilient and able to adapt quickly and easily in an ever-changing environment. Motivated and energetic. Fast learner Willing to travel
There will be a period of training to acquire the needed technical and products knowledges to fill the role. In this regard, the resource will interact with a network of qualified sales and technical manager, which will allow to reach a professional growth.
