Job Description
Bridgefield Capital has announced its acquisition of Philips’ Emergency Care business, including leading brands and products such as HeartStart AEDs, Intrepid defibrillators, Tempus systems, and informatics solutions. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2025.
Building on over 40 years of growth in emergency medical technology, the Emergency Care division aims to continue its mission of saving lives, reducing healthcare costs, and advancing resuscitation science, serving public access AED, EMS, military, and hospital markets.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic marketing and sales efforts for the Emergency Care business within the Italy, Israel, and Greece (IIG) region. You will support channel partners for both short-term and long-term success and collaborate closely with European leaders to develop and implement regional plans.

Location: Italy
Your Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with European leaders to design and execute regional strategies for IIG.
* Support and develop relationships with channel partners and key opinion leaders.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with Partner Account Managers.
* Provide technical insights, training, and marketing support to partners.
* Develop growth initiatives aligned with European market strategies.
* Share market insights and product updates.
Ideal Candidate:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Medical Engineering, or related field.
* Over 7 years of experience in business, marketing, or sales, with P&L responsibility.
* Experience with emergency care or similar medical devices; clinical knowledge of defibrillation products is advantageous.
* Proven experience working with indirect channels and distributors.
* Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Italian.
* Willingness to travel extensively across Italy and occasionally other European countries.
Work Environment:
This is a field-based role, primarily working outside the company's main facilities, at customer or partner locations.
