The role involves utilizing company resources to develop and implement strategic solutions to achieve clients’ long-term goals and to attract and retain new clients.Main Tasks:Ensure sales results in terms of revenues, profit (contribution, customer EBIT/PL), and cash (DSO and over-dues) within the designated sales area (accounts, brands, or regions).Develop profitable sales to key clients for primary, secondary brands, and private labels.Contribute to medium and long-term objectives by proposing organizational changes to proper channels.Analyze market trends, including distribution channels and competitors.Contribute to pricing strategies, customer satisfaction goals, and logistics within the scope of a 2-year plan, including customer marketing programs.Communicate instructions and information effectively to field sales, customer service, sales administration, and area managers; report regularly on account performance to management.Requirements:Academic degree in Electrical, Electronic, Energetic Engineering, or Economics. Alternative educational paths will be considered if coupled with relevant experience.At least 5 years of sales experience in a Tier-1 automotive aftermarket company, with a strong understanding of the market.Proficiency in MS Office Suite.Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional regional languages are a plus.Strong communication, negotiation, and customer orientation skills; results-driven with high accountability, self-organization, and business acumen.Exide offers: joining a multinational company, an attractive salary package, company meals, hybrid work options, and the possibility of remote work if the employee’s location is far from the company site.
