Overview
\nThe Buyer Assistant will be part of the Procurement Department reporting to the Indirect Materials Manager and he/she will be responsible to support buyers in the procurement process.\n
Main Activities & Responsibilities:

- Order management using the E-Procurement system
\n
- Administrative support
\n
- Perform tenders and conduct simple negotiations
\n
- Assist buyers throuhout tendering and bidding processes
\n
- Support buyers in suppliers scouting and evaluation activities
\n
\nJob Requirements:\n\n
- Education: University Degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance or equivalent
\n
- Fluency in English and Italian
\n
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
\n
- Knowledge and understanding of Marketing & Communication is preferred
\n
