With the scale of our 2500 marketing community - alongside our leading-edge Marketing Academy - your opportunities to grow and upskill will be extensive. /p h3About the role /h3 h3 ul liDevelop and execute annual marketing plan activities and define local long‑term strategy direction in alignment with Global team /li liEnsure best‑in‑class brand activation and execution across all channels, partnering cross‑functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply, Media, Medical Affairs and Regulatory teams. /li liMonitor market brand performance and own PL accountability, delivering monthly business reviews to drive MS, net revenue, margin and profit targets. /li liLead, manage and develop the team, ensuring strong capabilities, engagement and execution excellence /li /ul h3The experience we're looking for /h3 /h3pBachelor’s or Master’s degree in BA field or relevant /p pMinimum 5 years of experience in Marketing in the FMCG or Pharma sector /p pKnowledge of the Market Research databases (i.e. Nielsen and IQVIA) is requested /p pSolid knowledge of the English language is requested /p pGood presentation, communication, and analytical skills /p pProblem-solving and decision-making skills, with an ability to think outside the box /p h3The skills for success /h3 ul liDemonstrated agility in managing a brand amidst competitive and complex environments. /li liA robust track record in Marketing, with a shining portfolio of successes in both Marketing and Sales functions. /li liAn ability to combine strategic thinking with decisive action, backed by a sharp commercial mindset. /li liInsightful grasp of consumer behaviour and market trends, with an emphasis on a global perspective. /li liExcellent communication skills, adept at nurturing relationships and managing stakeholders with ease. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way. /p pWe invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally.
