Overview Adecco Tourism & Travel, divisione specializzata di Adecco Italia Spa, is seeking a highly qualified Barman / Barlady for a prestigious hotel in Rome Centro Storico.
Responsibilities The Barman / Barlady will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing cash transactions, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and orderly bar area.
Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management.
Previous and proven experience in a similar role at 4 or 5 star luxury hotels.
Excellent knowledge of the English language.
Knowledge of classic and modern cocktail recipes and preparation.
Competence in cash handling.
Customer service skills, product promotion, communication, time management, multitasking, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast‐paced environment.
Contract Initial contract directly with the company for 6 months with subsequent possibility of a permanent contract. CCNL: Federalberghi – Level IV.
Location Rome – Centro Storico.
Availability Availability for weekends and holidays.
