Account Manager
What you will do:
1. manage a portfolio of client accounts;
2. cooperate with the largest brands from the market in Italy;
3. meet clients face-to-face regularly to ensure premium customer service;
4. create campaign strategies in a variety of industries based on data analysis, your own creativity and client needs;
5. adhere to the company goals related to campaign management (i.e. keep an eye on campaign margin and scale);
6. respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner;
7. regularly report campaign status for the largest clients and provide improvement ideas to the direct manager in terms of cross sell & upsell;
8. take care of customer success and long-term relationship;
9. provide specific information regarding company’s services and products;
10. assist customers in the process of launching ad campaigns;
11. obtain, review and process orders; ensure timely payments for our services.
Requirements:
12. experience (5 + years) in digital advertising;
13. preferably experience working in adtech, advertiser or agency (online area) both on performance and awareness campaigns;
14. bachelor’s degree or similar;
15. strong commercial acumen;
16. interest in digital marketing/ e-commerce;
17. working experience with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
18. knowledge of customer support tools and processes;
19. ability to identify and understand customer needs and requirements;
20. excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
21. well-developed verbal and written communication skills;
22. multi-tasking, high level of energy, resourcefulness;
23. high level of motivation and willingness to learn;
24. positive, can-do attitude;
25. proficiency in Italian and advanced command of English (C1 level);
26. Candidate to be Milan based.
