Restaurant Manager Responsibilities
* Guide and inspire a food and beverage team in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.
* Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
* Collaborate with the chef to develop and implement innovative menu items and daily specials.
* Manage reservations and table layout to optimize guest flow and satisfaction.
* Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health code regulations.
* Analyze sales data and financial reports to monitor revenue against budget and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
* Coordinate with other departments to provide impeccable service.
* Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for all restaurant functions.
* Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve service quality and efficiency.
* Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs.
* Organize and supervise special events and promotions to drive business growth.
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience as a restaurant manager in a high-end dining establishment.
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a collaborative approach.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including Italian cuisine and wine.
* Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
* In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and health code requirements.
* Proven financial and budgeting management skills.

* Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.
* Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
* Food safety certification (required).
