We collaborate with sports federations and broadcasters, delivering tech solutions from pitch to control room. We are looking for motivated, curious, and travel-ready freelancers to join our operations team. The role involves participating in onsite missions (10–12 days) in Italy and abroad during sporting events, where you’ll be involved in the setup, support, and dismantling of Crionet's technical systems. As a direct representative of our brand in the field, you will liaise with local staff to ensure technical specifications are met, maintain high professional standards, and contribute to the success of the event. Depending on the event, you may work independently or as part of a multicultural team, handling operational challenges with a hands-on mindset and the constant support of Crionet specialists. This position requires worldwide travel availability, sometimes on short notice, and the ability to quickly adapt to evolving environments. No advanced experience is necessary—you will receive full training on our systems.
