We are now looking for a bBusiness Development Manager /b to join our team. This is an in-person role located in our bMilan or Turin /b office. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEstablish business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options. /li liUse state-of-the-art tools and social media to grow our marketing database. /li liUse a solution-based sales approach to sell Linguarama products and services. /li liSell the full range of sustainable Linguarama products from virtual classroom to face-to-face and online training. /li liManage client relationships by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities. /li liLiaise with colleagues around the Linguarama Group to ensure training programmes are effectively delivered. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExcellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills. /li liExcellent communication skills in English, Italian and Spanish is a must (C1 level). /li liThe ability to develop needs-based training solutions. /li liDrive and ambition to succeed in a competitive market communicating with decision makers in HR and at senior level. /li liThe ability to work both independently and as part of a team. /li /ul h3Compensation Benefits /h3 ul liCompetitive base salary including commissions. /li liBase salary 18K-23K EUR plus incentives based on performance that can lead to an OTE equal to 30K-35K EUR. /li liOnboarding and on-going training to develop your skills. /li liThe chance to develop client relationship skills at a senior management level. /li liMulticultural and fast paced environment. /li /ul pWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
