What will you do?
As a participant in the Graduate Specialist Program as a Junior Sales Engineer in Linear Technologies, based in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI), you will engage in a comprehensive training program to develop technical skills and cross-functional competencies such as sales, communication, teamwork, and understanding business processes.
You will gain exposure to the full commercial cycle through local training and international experience, building a strong foundation in customer development and Linear Technologies solutions.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Shaping the future: Developing new markets by identifying and approaching untapped customers, supporting the expansion of our sales network, and enhancing competitiveness in the LT segment.
2. Collaborating: Working closely with local sales teams and international colleagues, sharing insights, and adopting best practices.
3. Innovating and developing: Understanding market dynamics and customer needs to recommend suitable solutions, participating in industry events and trade fairs to represent the company and explore new business opportunities.
What are we looking for?
Education & Language Skills:
* University degree or ITS specialization in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical fields.
* English proficiency at minimum B1 level, capable of effective written and spoken communication with international teams and headquarters.
Organizational Skills:
* Motivated to achieve results and focused on customer satisfaction.

* Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
