Role
The Product Specialistis responsible for managing and growing sales in the Region ofLombardy.
The role itself is fully remote.
This position reports to the National Sales Manager and is part of the Italian Sales Team.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with existing customers and acquire new customers to achieve sales targets
Maintain and build effective relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the region
Organize and participate in local congresses and give product training
Observe market and competitor's activities to influence company sales strategies
Execute marketing and sales strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in medicine, psychology, marketing, engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5 years in overall medical device sales experience in the Italian market
Demonstrated hunter mentality and the ability to meet quotas and achieve sales targets
Basic knowledge of Italian health care system
Fluency in Italian; fluent English
Travel & Physical/Environment
60% travel primarily domestic with overnight trips required
Occasional weekend trips to conferences and meetings
Desirable experience
Interventional Radiology experience
Understanding of the breast cancer diagnosis landscape
