Overview
This is not a classic product manager role. You'll work with technology that oncologists actually get excited about. Minimally invasive, evidence-backed, and still underused. That gap is your opportunity. Your job is not to sell; it's to make clinicians trust, adopt, and advocate. You'll take clinical evidence, KOL relationships, and real hospital experience and turn them into trust, adoption, and a network of clinicians who bring others in.

What This Role Offers
Fast‑growing European medical device company (~160 people). 30% growth year‑on‑year for the last 3 years. Strong focus on interventional oncology. HQ‑based role with visibility and influence across Europe.
Responsibilities
* Spend time in the OR.
* Get involved in congresses, evidence work, and launches.
* Support the commercial team with clinical credibility.
* Build relationships with KOLs across Europe.
Qualifications
* Have at least 3 years in a product manager/clinical specialist role.
* Comfortable working in the OR.
