Brand Manager in Pernod Ricard Italia

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Portfolio Manager to lead the growth of some of our most iconic brands. In this role, you’ll drive brand success through strategic planning, market insights, and collaborative execution. This position offers the opportunity to influence key brand decisions and shape market presence across multiple channels.


Responsibilities

* Portfolio Management: Lead and manage portfolio objectives, ensuring they align with overall business goals and market trends.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement brand strategies across all channels, including above-the-line (ATL), below-the-line (BTL), digital marketing, influencer marketing, and consumer events. Prioritize key regions and channels to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
* Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of brand campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and effectiveness across all touchpoints. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies (media, digital, creative) to drive high-impact campaign delivery.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Marketing, Brand Owners, Digital teams, and Consumer Insights to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment with market trends. Support business continuity through collaboration with Finance and Operations teams.
* Stakeholder & Team Management: Manage the Brand Ambassador for assigned brands, providing mentorship and ensuring successful plan execution. Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage resources, budgets, and timelines.
* Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, leveraging insights to adjust strategies and optimize results.


What we look for

* Consumer & Market Expertise: Hold a bachelor’s or master’s in Econ, Business Management or related field; strong skills in consumer research and market understanding, with proven experience in brand management, preferably within the beverage or spirits industry. Experience in Trade Marketing (On Premise) is a plus.
* Strategic & Analytical Abilities: Demonstrate strategic thinking and analytical skills, and can translate insights into actionable plans. Strong project management skills and a focus on delivering results with execution excellence.
* Leadership & Communication Skills: Excel in communication and collaboration, with the ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate effectively across functions. Proven experience managing agencies, including briefing, providing feedback, budgeting, and managing scope of work.
* Team & People Coordination: Be a strong team player with leadership capabilities, and have experience managing and developing teams. Comfortable with public speaking and presenting to a variety of audiences, from internal teams to external partners.
* Language Skills: Fluent in both Italian and English.
* Travel: Willing to travel within Italy and internationally as required.
